Description
At innocent, our mission is to make fruit and vegetables accessible to everyone. Since our beginnings in 1999 — selling a few smoothies at a music festival — we’ve come a long way. Today, we’re one of the leading companies in our category across Europe, with nearly 1,000 employees and the B-Corp certification under our belt. It’s a great achievement but we’re not planning to stop there. We strongly believe it’s possible to grow a successful business while taking care of people and the environment. That’s why we’re constantly striving to improve, to innovate, and to do better. And that’s exactly where this role comes in. To support this growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Brand Manager Belgium , who’ll help shape the future of innocent in Belgium. From defining strategy and owning the Annual Business Plan, to delivering standout campaigns and making sure every detail is right on shelf, this role sits at the heart of our growth ambitions. It’s the perfect role for someone who thrives on combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enjoys taking ownership of big opportunities, and knows how to grow a brand alongside a motivated and fun bunch of people. And not to forget, you’ll be joining an inspiring B Corp committed to doing business the right way. You’ll be • owning the innocent portfolio in Belgium and making strategic recommendations that deliver sustainable growth; • leading and delivering the Annual Business Plan for Belgium, identifying key growth opportunities and priorities; • developing and executing impactful activation plans across creative, media, experiences and in-store touchpoints; • managing the Benelux trade marketing mix to maximise brand visibility and commercial performance ; • owning the monthly marketing performance cycle for Belgium, analysing category, brand and campaign performance and translating insights into action; • creating and delivering successful launch plans for new product introductions in Belgium; • working closely with the commercial team to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales priorities; • leveraging consumer, shopper and market data to make informed business decisions and identify new growth opportunities; • building meaningful connections with our drinkers by responding to questions, feedback and the occasional smoothie emergency across our platforms. You’ll also: • work in close collaboration with the communication, category management, trade marketing and sales teams across the Benelux; • partner regularly with Group Marketing in London to ensure local plans align with broader business priorities and brand strategy; • collaborate with colleagues across the innocent network, sharing learnings and best practices to help grow the brand internationally; • act as a key voice for the Belgian market within the wider organization. You’ll have • significant experience in a brand marketing role, ideally within FMCG; • strong strategic capabilities combined with a proven ability to execute and deliver results; • experience owning business plans, identifying growth opportunities and influencing commercial performance; • excellent project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously; • a passion for creativity and experience working with agencies to develop work that truly brings a brand to life; • strong expertise in consumer, shopper and market data (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar, GfK), and the ability to turn insights into action; • a proactive mindset, strong ownership and the confidence to lead projects from idea to execution; • excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and external partners; • the ability to switch effortlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery; • native-level Flemish and professional fluency in English. French is a strong plus; • plenty of flair, intelligence, humour and team spirit. You'll get • a key strategic role with direct responsibility for driving the growth of innocent in Belgium; • ownership of the Belgian Annual Business Plan and the opportunity to shape the future of the brand locally; • a high level of autonomy and exposure to both strategic and operational challenges; • close collaboration with passionate teams across Belgium, the Benelux and London; • the opportunity to develop in a fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment; • the pride of joining a certified B Corp committed to making a positive impact on people and the environment. Additional information: Based in Belgium, near Brussels. An international environment requiring regular collaboration and communication in English. If you believe you have all the skills we're looking for — and perhaps even a few more — we'd love to hear from you. At innocent, we truly care about making our company a great place to work. That’s why we do everything we can to ensure everyone feels fulfilled and has the opportunity to shape a career that suits them. There are plenty of chances to explore new paths or take on fresh challenges. And yes, the smoothies are free. We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
