Description
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, constituents, partners, and stakeholders through personalized engagement experiences, impactful content, and multi-channel campaigns. The person in this role leverages data insights, industry trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic recommendations that optimize engagement plans, creative assets, and constituent conversion rates.
For this role:
• Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with donors, constituents, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Development and Content teams to create personalized donor and constituent experiences, including impact reports and exclusive engagement opportunities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of donor appreciation efforts, fundraisers, and campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate work with vendors, freelancers, and internal digital and marketing
automation channels.
• Analyze insights, constituent trends, KPIs, market data, and industry best practices to provide recommendations that optimize plans, creative libraries, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling content strategies.
• Provide overall project management to plan, schedule, and manage the execution of strategies with the web, email, and audio teams.
• Collaborate with Mid-Level and Upper-Level Donor Representative teams to create assets that support major donor campaign appeals.
• Manage project details and annual budgets for assigned tactics.
• Write creative briefs, lead creative meetings, review copy and artwork for accuracy and effectiveness, and oversee the data selection process.
• Strategize with other Brand Cultivation Managers to create an annual impact calendar that outlines topics, objectives, and timing for assets.
• Create and develop a welcome series to increase conversion rates for product purchasers, event attendees, and/or donors.
• Conduct biannual analysis of campaigns and strategize ways to improve effectiveness.
• Manage additional projects as needed for the department.
• Work with FamilyLife leaders to align communications across the ministry departments, collecting resources such as impact stories, photos, and quotes to facilitate effective communication with
constituents.
