The role As a Brand Ambassador, you will provide a meaningful experience by offering exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge to both new and existing customers, resulting in achieving the account sales targets. You will need to: • Function as a true Brand Ambassador, by constantly demonstrating the brand values • Share your passion for all things luxury skincare and beauty by tailoring your approach to each individual customer’s needs, from application techniques to product knowledge • Provide skincare / beauty advice and consultations to create a meaningful and memorable customer experience • Generate sales to achieve sales targets by applying brand-specific selling techniques and maximising selling opportunities by link-selling and cross-selling and developing the business with the market • Capture customer data qualitatively and quantitatively for loyalty purposes in compliance with data applicable regulation • Stay updated on offline and online beauty trends and competition How you’ll dazzle us The ideal candidate will have previous experience and training in the beauty industry with excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management and business operations. You are also sales and KPI driven with a proven history of achieving targets. You are passionate about innovative beauty trends and all things skincare, and you are able to create perfect customer experiences by giving personal and trustworthy beauty advice.
