About the role
• To provide insurance operational and administration support dedicated Broker(s) to enable them to deliver high quality professional risk and insurance advice and solutions to its clients
• This is a 12 month fixed term (Paternity Cover) role.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing renewals:
• Prepare for all renewals in a timely fashion
• Request from Broker all necessary renewal information and documentation required from clients, including renewal declarations
• Scan files to ensure accuracy and consistency of any information received from servicing personnel, especially in regard to claims history and risk detail
• Remarket insurances when requested to do so
Processing of non-renewals:
• Process endorsements and cancellations promptly upon any request from servicing personnel to whom you report
Client/market contact:
• Act as back up in client service/market liaison when the Broker is not available, acting at all times in accordance with service standards
Knowledge
• Demonstrated capacity for working in a similar role within the Financial Services / insurance / banking industry advantageous.
• Competent in Microsoft word, excel (Intermediate to advance) and Outlook.
