Educational Employees Credit Union has positions open for those with previous financial experience who are willing to travel between branches as a Floater. Mileage reimbursement for travel beyond designated home branch. • North Valley branches include : Fresno, Madera, Merced counties • South Valley branches include : Fresno, Kings, and Tulare counties Responsibilities of the position include : • Work at any location, as needed • Constant and direct dealing with Credit Union members and potential members • The ability to rotate between all areas of a branch, as needed • Support and promote a successful sales culture by identifying the needs of the membership and cross-selling the appropriate Credit Union products • Accurately process transactions (loan payments, transfer of funds) • Research and resolve member concerns • Sufficiently and accurately record information • Interview members to obtain information and explain available services to meet their financial needs Requirements Requirements of the position : • Previous 2 years banking experience or equivalent • A full understanding of the required regulations • Strong computer skills • Self-starter • Excellent communication skills • The desire to provide exceptional member service • Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments • Must be able to work in different environments with different management styles • Able to travel to all branch locations • Dependable (arrive to work on time as scheduled) • Loan experience desired • Spanish speaking is a plus
