Summary As a Branch Security Officer at Tiffany's Century City location, you will provide security and operational support to protect assets while enhancing the in-store client experience. You will partner with senior security and store management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and maintain security systems and procedures. The role includes opening and closing duties, facilities coordination, and supporting sales and hospitality initiatives. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional security and operations support to protect inventory and support sales. • Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies. • Ensure security systems and procedures are followed through daily inspections, alarm tests, key access control, and report submissions. • Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and store operations tasks. • Act as a Tiffany ambassador delivering outstanding client service, optimizing hospitality, and supporting NPS initiatives. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Basic computer skills and ability to complete reports. • Authorization to work in the United States. • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Preferred: 1 year prior experience in a security or retail security role.
