Job Description In this role, you’ll lead our Brisbane Branch Manager, managing a high-performing recruitment and workforce team while building strong relationships with clients across the Acute, Aged Care, and Community Care sectors. You’ll be responsible for driving team performance, supporting workforce growth, strengthening client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional staffing solutions across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong focus on people management, client engagement, service delivery, and business development. In this role, you will: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance, fill-rate, and revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients across Acute, Aged Care, and Community Care sectors. • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships, identify workforce needs, and deliver tailored staffing solutions. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
