This individual will be someone that enjoys building relationships, leading a team, and growing a branch. The ideal candidate is visible in the community, enjoys networking, and has a proven ability to develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The position will oversee a team of six employees (3 new accounts and 3 tellers), providing leadership, coaching, and support to create a positive, service-driven culture.
