Our Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless travel booking, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction by managing reservations, travel requests, and operational processes through our proprietary platform. Role Overview The Booking Management Senior Specialist is responsible for handling complex travel bookings, ensuring booking accuracy, supporting operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role serves as a subject matter expert within the Operations team, managing escalations, optimizing booking processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and process flight, hotel, and travel-related bookings accurately and efficiently. Handle complex booking requests, modifications, cancellations, and travel disruptions. Monitor booking quality, compliance, and operational service standards. Investigate and resolve booking-related issues and customer escalations. Ensure adherence to company policies, travel regulations, and supplier requirements. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Commercial, Product, and Technology teams to improve service delivery. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives. Support training and onboarding of new team members and share operational best practices. Maintain accurate booking records and documentation within internal systems. Prepare operational reports and provide insights on booking trends, challenges, and performance metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in travel operations, booking management, or corporate travel services. Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems, GDS platforms (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), and travel industry processes. Experience handling complex travel itineraries, booking modifications, cancellations, and travel disruptions. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a customer-focused mindset. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance tracking. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
