Elanders Kaisheim GmbH is a full-service provider of creative and classic high-end print products. As part of the Swedish Elanders Group, which operates 11 locations across 7 countries, we offer global solutions for all types of printed information to our internationally operating clients. With us, you will work with state-of-the-art post-press and finishing technology, playing a key role in transforming printed sheets into premium products. You will set up, operate, and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure our products are manufactured efficiently and according to the highest quality standards. Your Tasks • Setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery and equipment for print finishing (e.g., folding, cutting, stitching, and gluing machines) • Processing print products such as brochures, flyers, and packaging • Setting up and operating mailing as well as specialized gluing machinery • Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs on machinery and equipment • Documenting production data and waste/rejects • Complying with safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines Your Profile • Completed vocational training in the field of printing and packaging • Ideally, experience as a bookbinder in print finishing • High level of diligence, reliability, and quality awareness • Strong technical understanding and the ability to learn quickly • Manual dexterity and good color vision • Independent, reliable way of working with a quick grasp of new tasks • Flexible, motivated, and quality-conscious • Willingness to work in shifts • Good written and spoken German skills • Basic computer skills (IT literacy)
