Description The ideal Boat Rental Store Clerk is upbeat, reliable, and customer focused, supporting store operations, assisting- guests on the gas dock, and helping provide a smooth and enjoyable experience on the water. Company Overview Paradise Rental Boats are hiring to join our team! The Port Royale (est. 2006) - Port Royale Marina is our flagship location on Lake Lanier. Offering premier boating, rentals, and full-service amenities that create an unbeatable on-the-water experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Boat Rental Store Clerk • Assist callers with boat rental information and book boat rental reservations. • Check-in guests for their boat rental. • Assist guests inside the gift shop. • Handles cash and card transactions while operating a Point-Of-Sale register and a fuel console inside the gift shop. • Help keep the gift shop stocked and organized. • Gas Dock Coverage • Assists boaters with docking for fuel, pump-outs, and gift shop visits. • Assists boaters as they depart from the dock. • Ensure boats depart in a timely manner to avoid congestion. • Keeps fuel hoses properly stored and maintains a clean, organized, and safe gas dock. REQUIREMENTS: • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces. • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. • Experience as a cashier or in a customer service role. • Basic math and computer skills. • Must be 16 years of age or older. • Must be able to swim. • Must be available to work weekends and holidays, and willing to work 20–40 hours per week.
