Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time Cypress, TX Reliant Healthcare Group IMPORTANT: This position requires an active BCBA certification issued by the BACB and eligibility for BCBA licensure in Texas. About the Role Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on clinical role delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder at our Cypress clinic location. Ideal for a BCBA seeking flexible hours, strong clinical support, and meaningful patient impact. Key Responsibilities • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Provide parent and caregiver training • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as clinically appropriate • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and clinic leadership • Ensure ethical, compliant, and effective service delivery per BACB standards Required Qualifications • Active BCBA certification in good standing (BACB) • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Texas (LBA) • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field • Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services to pediatric clients • Experience supervising RBTs preferred • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Schedule & Compensation • Part-time position with flexible scheduling options • Clinic-based role at our Cypress, TX location • Competitive hourly or per-session compensation based on experience • Consistent part-time caseload with strong RBT support Why Join Reliant?
