Family of Kidz is seeking a proactive and engaging BCBA/LBA Clinical Supervisor of Center Based Services who is passionate about working with a best-in-class team that delivers the highest quality of care to families of children with autism and other behavioral disorders. $5,000 sign on bonus to be paid out after 90 days Details about this opportunity Full-Time BCBA/LBA Clinical Supervisor of Enhanced Behavior Support Services Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm (Does not follow a school calendar) Salary range: $95,000-$100,000 Center-Based in Hawthorne, NY (Not Insurance) Please note that salary is determined based on professional experience and license/certifications held. Benefits Generous Paid Time Off 13 Paid holidays (including the week of 12/25 through 1/1) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k)-fully vested after 5 years, and discretionary EOY contribution Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Professional Development Assistance Pet Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance Team Building Event Responsibilities Initial Assessments/Evaluations (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS) Functional behavioral assessment and case supervision Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and strategies individualized to the learner Collect and analyze data to make programmatic changes Run monthly parent training and parent meetings to discuss behavioral progress Collaborate with Special Educators, Related Service Providers, and Behavior Technicians Maintain continuous communication with teammates to enhance learner needs About You Passionate about working with children, adolescents, families, and therapists Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment Background Requirements Minimum master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or Educational/Health/Human Services BCBA required, LBA preferred Minimum 1 year experience supporting children and adolescents with autism and behavioral disorders Experience with electronic data collection services Bilingual is a plus Family of Kidz provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type in accordance with applicable laws.
