Description
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will design, implement, and evaluate ABA therapy programs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) remotely.
Key responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing ongoing training and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and regulatory standards while engaging families in treatment planning
Required qualifications
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools such as FBA, VB-MAPP, or ABLLS-R
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms
