Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor- MUST HOLD BCBA CERTIFICATION!! Los Angeles County, CA | Hybrid / Field-Based $85,000 – $90,000 annually + incentives Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, high-quality services to children and young adults with Autism. We value clinical excellence, collaboration, and a modern, supportive approach to leadership. We’re currently hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid role focused on clinical leadership, staff support, and quality care, with strong administrative teams in place so you’re not carrying everything on your own. Role Structure- The role is currently primarily a  2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT) . As the company continues to grow, there may be a future transition to a 3-tier model (BCBA + mid-level + BT/RBT) , but at this time it remains a 2-tier structure. Why You’ll Love This Role • Competitive salary: $85K–$90K • Optional productivity incentives (up to $6,000/year) • Retention bonuses at 6 and 12 months • Health, Dental & Vision insurance • SIMPLE IRA with up to 3% company match • Leadership development and growth opportunities • CEU support and professional development opportunities What You’ll Do • Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients) • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week • Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans • Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff • Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings How We Support You • Clinicians manage their own schedules, with support from a dedicated Scheduling Team • Client success and family communication support • Billing and authorization assistance • HR onboarding, training, and professional growth guidance • Standardized clinical tools, templates, and systems What We’re Looking For • Active BCBA certification (BACB) • 1+ year BCBA experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment • Comfortable working across home, school, and community settings Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
