About Bright Start ABA: We provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for children on the autism spectrum and are looking for motivated, passionate, and dedicated BCBAs to join our growing team! WHAT YOU'LL DO: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success And more!
