Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) 📍 Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid / Field-Based 💰 $65,000 – $75,000 annually + incentives Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with Autism. We value collaboration, clinical growth, and strong team support. We’re hiring a BCaBA for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you. Why You’ll Love Working With Us • Competitive salary: $65K–$75K • Optional productivity incentives (up to $6,000/year) • Retention bonuses at 6 and 12 months • Health, Dental & Vision insurance • SIMPLE IRA with up to 3% company match • Mentorship and professional development opportunities • CEU support and professional development opportunities What You’ll Do • Lead nd supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients) • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week • Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance • Track and review client progress • Collaborate with families and clinical team members • Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery How We Support You • Clinicians manage their own schedules, with support from a dedicated Scheduling Team • Client success and family communication support • Billing and authorization assistance • HR onboarding, training, and development support • Clinical tools, templates, and systems provided What We’re Looking For • Active BCaBA certification (BACB) • ABA experience preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
