The Bluestem Program will be the only treatment program in the nation where a person misusing substances, their partner, and their children receive holistic, full-family care in a home that’s all theirs. It’s a safe alternative to foster care that aims to end the cycle of addiction across generations. Daily Impact looks like: • Ensuring the safety of the family and children through supervision and crisis intervention when necessary • Building community resources to help sustain families • Maintain safety and supervision of the Bluestem property • Provide trauma-informed care to all family members • This is an awake overnight position To belong at Savio, you need to: • Be reliable and self-motivated • Recognize the importance of social systems and a person’s ecology on their development and behaviors • Have a passion for engaging persons with substance use disorders, their children, and their support systems to address individual, family, and community wellbeing. • Be comfortable working in a residential setting Grow with Savio through: • Comprehensive training in Trauma-Informed Care and Substance Use Disorders • Professional development • Weekly supervision Shift Summaries Overnight 1: Sunday to Thursday 9 pm-7 am (4x10 hr shifts) Overnight 2: Wednesday 11 pm-9 am; Thursday to Sunday 9 pm-7 am (4x10 hr shifts) Pay Range: $50,000 to $55,000 Benefits: • 10 paid holidays • Vacation time + Sick time Perks: • Mileage Reimbursements for personal vehicle • Access to a fleet of company-insured vehicles • Company-issued cell phone and laptop • Eligible for student loan forgiveness through the Public Service Federal Loan Forgiveness Program Medical: • Low employee cost medical coverage • Dental, Vision, Life, Critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity • HSA, FSA accounts • Employee Assistance Program • Pet Insurance Retirement: • 403b account • Employer Funded Retirement Plan Requirements BSW or other Bachelor’s degree (Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, etc), or equivalent experience
