Description

Winthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. We are currently seeking two BIM Technicians with an MEP bias essential. Minimum 2 years' experience in MEP BIM role. Data centre experience would be beneficial, but not a requirement. Requirements include experience in the areas of Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD. This role is office based five days per week in Ballymount, Dublin 22. Responsibilities: - Develop 3D MEP models - Develop detailed site models for projects - Detect and resolve clashes - Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan - Delivery of all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on relevant project Requirements Previous Revit experience (MEP bias) essential AutoCAD experience required Navisworks experience required Previous experience on multiple large projects Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or similar) Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
