The role provides billing quality advisory and operational validation focused on complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT sign‑off, first‑cycle readiness, and hypercare root‑cause analysis. This position delivers reviewed requirements, edge‑case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue‑resolution guidance. Critical capabilities include deep revenue‑billing operations knowledge, regulatory and customer‑impact understanding, exception‑management expertise, complex‑rate proficiency, bill‑compare skill, and production‑stabilization experience. Key responsibilities: Validate billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customer‑impact scenarios, and operational readiness Provide billing quality advisory and operational validation focused on complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT sign‑off, first‑cycle readiness, and hypercare root‑cause analysis Deliver reviewed requirements, edge‑case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue‑resolution guidance Apply critical capabilities including revenue‑billing operations expertise, regulatory/customer‑impact understanding, exception management, complex‑rate specialization, bill‑compare analysis, and production stabilization Here’s what you need: 7+ years of experience with revenue billing operations Regulatory and customer‑impact experience Exception‑management experience Complex‑rate expertise Bill‑compare proficiency Production‑stabilization experience Eligibility requirements: U.S. Citizen (dual accepted) Must be eligible to obtain government clearance   As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
