Description
The Senior Recruiter supports Enterprise Electrical’s continued growth by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for field, office, and leadership roles across a multi-state workforce. This role partners closely with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced commercial electrical construction environment. Enterprise Electrical is a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor specializing in design-build projects. We value integrity, teamwork, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in building strong teams that directly support project execution and long-term business success. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: ·       Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads. ·       Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support. ·       Recruit for a wide range of roles including Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate support positions. ·       Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, culture fit, availability, and alignment with project needs. ·       Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions. ·       Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach. ·       Promote and manage the employee referral program in alignment with company guidelines. ·       Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and market conditions. ·       Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. ·       Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the applicant tracking system and ensure the recruitment tracker is consistently updated with current candidate and requisition status. ·       Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. ·       Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and efficiency. ·       Track and support recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire. ·       Assist with workforce planning efforts in coordination with operations and project leadership. ·       Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with special initiatives, projects, or strategic recruiting efforts as assigned. Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills Required: ·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience. Experience Requirements: ·       Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. ·       Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, electrical contracting, or industrial environments. ·       Experience supporting high-volume and multi-state hiring.
