Position Summary  The Bilingual Materials Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations within the materials/inventory department. This role ensures that all required tasks are executed consistently, accurately, and on schedule by the team. The Materials Supervisor provides hands-on leadership, reinforces accountability, and maintains operational discipline to support efficient material flow and inventory accuracy. This position focuses on people leadership, execution, and maintaining high standards in day-to-day operations. Team Leadership & Oversight Supervise, coach, and support the team responsible for materials handling and inventory activities Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and development Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence Address performance issues and recognize strong performance Operational Execution Oversee daily materials activities including receiving, stocking, picking, movement, and shipping support Ensure all processes are followed consistently and in accordance with established procedures Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to meet operational demands Ensure timely completion of all recurring tasks (cycle counts, replenishment, audits, etc.) Inventory Accuracy & Control Ensure accurate handling and tracking of materials within systems and physical locations - timeliness Support and oversee cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution Identify and escalate inventory issues or risks to management Reinforce proper system usage and transaction accuracy among team members Process Adherence & Compliance Ensure team adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Maintain organized, clean, and safe work environments Support implementation of process improvements and operational changes Communication & Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day materials operations Communicate priorities, up
