Licensed Medicare Telesales Representative Onsite Job Summary Keystone is a fast-growing company seeking top talent employees. We are seeking licensed Medicare Telesales professionals to play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve our goal of new customer growth while maintaining an exceptional customer experience and setting a new benchmark in the industry. You will be responsible for promoting our Medicare products and services to new potential customers while being supported by the Keystone Advisors team. This is a permanent full-time position with bonus and commissions! College degree or equivalent work experience required • 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related industry • Clear an employer background check • High sales conversion rates Duties & Responsibilities • Answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in learning about our Medicare products and services • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads • Discuss and assist customer needs, matching them with the most suitable plan and promotion • Promote company products on each call • Handle calls professionally, meeting company regulatory and compliance standards • Accurately document interaction details • Meet key performance indicators (sales calls, sales process, call quality, and product selection) • Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process changes • Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience • Self-motivated; upbeat attitude with high energy level • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills • Empathy and patience • Ability to multi-task • Passion to succeed, with a competitive spirit
