Location: 720 West Hargett St. Raleigh, NC 27603 Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling) Pay Frequency: Based on experience and the client’s pay source Weekly Pay Pay Range: PCA $13.75 – $15.00/hour l CNA $14.50 - 16.00/hour Job Description: Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable bilingual caregivers to provide high-quality, in-home support to clients throughout the Triangle area. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers Safely support mobility, including use of wheelchairs and assistive devices Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Offer medication reminders (no administration) Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping, and errands Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Observe and report any changes in client condition to a supervisor Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility) Must pass a caregiver skills assessment prior to hire Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) without an interpreter Bilingual (English + Spanish or another language) strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfers Must have a smartphone with internet access for scheduling and documentation Reliable transportation to client homes (car preferred) Must pass a background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry clearance Flexible availability, including weekends Compassionate, patient, and dependable At Caring Hands, we know caregivers are the heart of our agency.
