What you'll do Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting for the warehouse operations team — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast hiring needs and bring in top operational talent. HR Operations & Compliance Own day-to-day HR operations: benefits administration, employee records, and HR documentation, with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws, and keep HR policies current and consistently applied. Employee Experience & Culture Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving workplace concerns effectively. Drive engagement, recognition, and team-building programs that strengthen company culture. Support employees in identifying career-development opportunities. Office & Administration Oversee general office management, including supplies, facilities, and team events. What you bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of HR generalist experience. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required). Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to handle confidential information with discretion.
