We offer excellent opportunities for professional growth and career advancement for individuals committed to excellence Responsibilities: • Collect, review, process, and accurately input commission statements from multiple insurance carriers. • Analyze commission transactions and reconcile commission statements with bank deposits to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Investigate commission variances and collaborate with internal departments and carrier partners to ensure accurate and timely resolution. • Manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines to ensure commissions are processed accurately and paid on time. • Respond to agent inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately while providing exceptional customer service in both routine and complex situations. • Maintain detailed and organized records while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the commissions department. • Perform additional duties related to the commissions department as assigned by the immediate manager. Qualifications: • Previous experience with an IMO or insurance carrier is an asset. • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required. • Strong computer proficiency, including intermediate Excel skills, experience with Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Positive, adaptable, and dependable with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. • Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA. Pay Range - $60,320 - $64,480/yr USD The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment.
