Alpha Behavior Paraprofessionals are expected to: Familiarize yourself with students’ behavior habits and known antecedents in order to provide proactive coaching and support prior to any behavior challenges arising Support class teams in implementing individual and classroom behavior structures, addressing off-task behaviors and acts of defiance Provide in the moment behavior support and coaching, and respond to crisis behavior as necessary Remove students for check-ins/resets  What we offer: At Alpha we care deeply about our scholars and staff.
