A Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.Key Responsibilities The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Beauty Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining: Visual execution within the beauty businessProduct storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to lifeSales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and directionPartners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readinessIdentifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent executionScope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity.
