We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Beauty Consultant to join a premium beauty team within one of the UK’s most respected luxury retail environments in the heart of Cribbs Causeway. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused setting and enjoys delivering exceptional beauty experiences while working with premium brands. The Role • Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised skincare advice • Drive sales and achieve performance targets • Build strong relationships with clients and create a loyal customer base • Represent premium beauty brands with professionalism and confidence • Maintain excellent standards of presentation and merchandising • Stay up to date with product knowledge and brand training What We’re Looking For • Previous experience within beauty retail, minimum of 3 years • Strong customer service and sales skills • Confident, polished, and professional presentation • Passionate about skincare • Fully flexible across weekdays and weekends What’s On Offer • Permanent position • 22.5 hours per week - 3 days • Competitive hourly rate based on experience • Opportunity to work within a prestigious retail environment • Ongoing training and development opportunities If you are passionate about skincare and enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
