BC Athletics is seeking enthusiastic Learning Facilitators to lead NCCP coaching courses in 2025. We are seeking active coaches who are passionate about facilitating and teaching NCCP Coach Education courses in a fun and engaging way. Learning Facilitators play a vital role in developing and supporting coaches by delivering high-quality instruction in their area of expertise, including: • Run, Jump, Throw, Wheel • Sport Coach • Club Coach • Performance Coach Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and effective coach education sessions using the NCCP model • Demonstrate basic techniques and activities to support adult learning. • Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Qualifications: • Min. of 5+ years coaching experience in Athletics • Must have an active coaching practice • Committed to continuous professional development • Previous experience or education in adult learning/education • Current BC Athletics Coach member in good standing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to demonstrate physical activities at a basic level • NCCP Certified Learning Facilitator or willingness to complete training and certification requirements • NCCP Certified in their area of expertise (ie.
