This role is ideal for someone who values craft, consistency, and creating memorable guest experiences. As a Bartender, you’ll execute a refined cocktail program, maintain a warm and welcoming bar environment, and contribute to the elevated service standards that define The Quoin.   Key Responsibilities     Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non ‑ alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail    Execute a curated cocktail menu featuring seasonal ingredients and rooftop ‑ inspired builds    Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest    Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service    Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations    Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations    Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards    Qualifications     2+ years of bartending experience in a high ‑ volume or upscale bar or restaurant    Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer    Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming guest experience    Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast ‑ paced environment    Strong communication skills and a team ‑ oriented mindset    Must have weekend availability   Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays    What We Offer     Competitive hourly pay + tips    Opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality group    A collaborative, design ‑ driven work environment    Employee dining perks across Method Co. properties    Sick time & vacation    Health, vision, and dental benefits
