Requirements Prepare & serve a variety of beverages in accordance with the company's F&B standards. Ensure guests receive an exceptional level of service, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back bar areas. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Adhere to hygiene and grooming standards at all times. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a boutique hotel or premium environment. Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus. Demonstrated passion for hospitality and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
