Who are we? London Bridge Rooftop is a 240-capacity outdoor bar across from the Shard with top-notch views of London, cocktails, pints and fantastic food! We love our drinks and like to have fun making them and with a salary of £13ph + service charge (currently around £6ph). The Role We are looking for part and full-time Cocktail bartenders to join the London Bridge Rooftop team. This is a "hands-on" role, and you will be responsible for opening & closing the bar, preparing garnishes, and serving drinks consistently to spec. In order to succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of mixed drinks, a level head, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver amazing drinks consistently at a fast pace. Most of all, a fun working environment and an outgoing team to create the best experiences for everyone! MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Maintaining bar standards Opening/Closing bar Taking deliveries Making drinks to spec Making drinks in a quick & consistent manner Garnish & pre batch prep Requirements Must have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar & dispense environment Proven experience as a bartender in a busy fast-paced setting Ability to work under pressure Working knowledge of spirits, mixers & garnishes Working knowledge of classic cocktail Ability to follow all good practices & sanitation procedures Ability to work as part of a team Good communication skills Benefits What we are offering: Salary of £13ph + service charge (currently around £6ph) Job Types: Full-time/Part-time Staff food and drinks on shift Up to 28 days of holiday Fun and friendly working environment
