What You’ll Do: Prepare and serve a range of premium drinks, from expertly crafted coffees to classic and signature cocktails. Deliver warm, professional service with every order, building genuine rapport with guests. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at the bar. Work seamlessly with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient service. Confidently handle guest feedback with positivity and care. Support with opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar is always ready for service. What We’re Looking For: Previous bar experience in a quality café, cocktail bar, or restaurant environment. A confident, friendly communicator who thrives in a guest-focused setting. A true team player who brings positivity and energy to each shift. Professional, punctual, and reliable, with a keen eye for detail. Eager to learn and develop within a brand that values quality and care.
