Barista In your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for possessing an in depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high degree of efficiency. Key Aspects Of The Position • Create a positive guest experience by creating a high level of service. • Consistently complete all assigned tasks for a given shift with excellence and attention to detail and pride in the result of the work. • Seek to develop in-depth knowledge of all food safety and handling procedures and ensure that actions comply with all codes, procedures and standards. • Fosters a working environment consistent with Just Love’s core values and principles.
