About the role Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a friendly, engaging, and hospitality-driven Barista to join the team at The Green Room, our intimate lobby gathering space designed to transition seamlessly from morning coffee to evening cocktails. As a Barista, you will help create a welcoming start to the day through thoughtfully prepared coffee and espresso beverages, attentive service, and genuine guest connections. The ideal candidate brings warmth, energy, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable hospitality experiences in a stylish, fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah. What you'll do • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards • Create warm, personalized guest experiences while maintaining efficient and attentive service • Develop strong knowledge of beverage offerings, food selections, seasonal features, and hotel amenities • Accurately enter orders, process transactions, and maintain organized service throughout each shift • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding service areas • Complete beverage prep, opening, closing, and side work while monitoring product and supply needs • Collaborate with bartenders, culinary team members, and leadership to support Green Room’s seamless transition throughout the day • Build genuine relationships with hotel guests, members, locals, and regular visitors while serving as an ambassador of Hotel Bardo Qualifications • Previous barista, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred • Knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee brewing techniques preferred • Passion for hospitality, quality, and creating memorable guest experiences • Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging presence • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation • Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling preferred • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move supplies as needed • Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, holidays, and evenings based on business needs About LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, LLC LEFT LANE  is a vertically integrated real estate design, development and management firm specializing in the acquisition and transformation of iconic, historic properties.
