Tasks Your Responsibilities • Preparing coffee, matcha and other beverages. • Providing warm and professional customer service. • Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and organisation. • Following opening and closing procedures. • Supporting the team and taking responsibility when problems arise. Requirements Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a reliable and motivated barista who: • Enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere. • Cares about quality and takes pride in their work. • Is responsible, organised and attentive. • Stays calm during busy service. • Communicates openly and works well within a team. • Is proactive, curious and open to feedback. Experience • Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality environment is required. • Basic espresso knowledge and coffee preparation skills are preferred. • Basic latte art skills are an advantage. • Specialty coffee or matcha experience is welcome.
