Your profile • Professional experience: Initial experience in a similar position – ideally in upscale gastronomy. • Organizational skills: Strong organizational talent and the ability to keep a clear overview even when the workload is high. • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in demanding situations. • Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma. • Speed: The ability to work quickly and precisely in order to offer guests first-class service. • Commute: For winter sports fans, the commute can be done by ski or snowboard – including first and last line on the empty slopes. Your responsibilities • Counter service: Responsibility for the smooth running of the bar, including the preparation and serving of drinks. • Organization: Ensuring a well-organized work area, including the maintenance and tidying of the counter. • Stress management: Calm and composed handling of hectic situations in order to stay on top of things and provide consistently high service quality. • Quality control: Ensuring compliance with high standards in the preparation and presentation of beverages. • Hygiene: Compliance with hygiene regulations and regular cleaning of the counter areas.
