We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Bar Manager to join a prestigious independent college. Working closely with senior management, you’ll oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring a safe, compliant and welcoming environment while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The role will involve managing day-to-day bar operations, stock control, cellar management, staff training and licensing compliance. You’ll lead and develop a team of casual bar staff, while also supporting a variety of hospitality events throughout the year including private functions, conferences and special events.
The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable and confident leading a team, with excellent customer service skills and a hands-on management style.
