Description Join the Rehoboth Beach Country Club Talon Tribe as a Bar Back / Busser! Part-Time | Year-Round Pay: $18.00/hour (Restaurant) | $28.00/hour (Banquet Events) Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Are you energetic, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Bar Back/Busser to support our bartenders and service staff while helping deliver the outstanding hospitality our members expect. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working behind the scenes, and being an essential part of a high-performing food and beverage team. What You'll Do As a Bar Back/Busser, you'll play a critical role in keeping our bar and dining areas running smoothly by: • Keeping the bar fully stocked with clean glassware, ice, and supplies • Washing, sanitizing, and polishing glassware • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe bar workstations • Removing trash and recycling throughout each shift • Bussing and resetting tables in the bar area • Refilling water glasses and assisting with table service • Supporting bartenders and servers during busy service periods • Assisting with closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next shift What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: • Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail • Takes pride in keeping work areas clean and organized • Anticipates the needs of others and responds with urgency • Maintains a positive, professional attitude • Enjoys providing exceptional hospitality Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
