As Banquet Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse and dynamic team, where your contributions will be valued and celebrated. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Coordinating the entire banquet department to ensure smooth daily operations • Being responsible for the banquet service process • Alternating between early shifts, seminar support, event service (no à la carte) • Completing tasks independently and reliably • Providing courteous and friendly service to our guests • Taking on hosting duties • Cooperating with colleagues from other departments • Working according to HACCP standards DAS BRINGST DU MIT • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Gastronomie) • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bankettbereich in einer leitenden Position • Enthusiastische und gästeorientierte Arbeitsweise • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit • Initiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist • Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse (Deutschkenntnisse bevorzugt) Im Schloss Leopoldskron sind wir bestrebt, all unseren Hotelgästen, Besuchern und Programmteilnehmern einen freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service zu bieten.
