Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously, following management's guidance. • Execute service according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision. • Monitor guests' consumption of alcoholic beverages and ensure compliance with regulations. • Assist in preparatory duties such as polishing and folding. • Maintain cleanliness in event spaces and uphold health code guidelines. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. • Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and activities to assist guests effectively
