We are looking for passionate, curious, and driven paralegals/ legal assistants to join a well-established and growing Banking & Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. Job Description • Working alongside a team of highly experienced Lawyers and Partners provide legal and administrative support to the Finance Team • Under the supervision of attorneys, coordinate, organize, prepare, and interpret legal documents, build, and maintain relevant databases and files. • Conduct due diligence investigation and legal research. • Assist in drafting of general correspondence and legal and transactional documents. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders • Assist in ad-hoc assignments Experience and Skills • 1+ years of experience gained within a reputable regional / international / Offshore law firm doing banking and finance work • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese with proficiency in Mandarin • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with personnel and to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
