Speaking of which – those working hours are pretty flexible. You can come to the office in between 7-10am and simply work up 8.5 hours. The only time that is needed for you to be flexible is our month end period – this is when we all pull up even closer together and will not release until done. What will you do? • Communicate with stores to investigate till and bank discrepancies – daily cash book closing, month end closing. • Account for the till & Bank discrepanes into P&L of each store • Prepare reports such as cash loss report • Perform payment matching ( Consumer purchases in store – versus relevat card transaction) • Interact with Loss Prevention Team for fradulant or suspicies behaviours, if required invovle legal • Identify errors/problems and escalate those to line Manager • Reconcile Cash Balance sheet accounts • Participate in the Month /half Year and Year end closing What can you learn in our team? • Working in financial systems and Outlook 365 environment. • Owing to daily communication in Spanish & English, you will improve your language skills and strengthen your communication skills and assertiveness. • You will get a deeper knowledge of financial processes. • We are sharing our knowledge on regular meetings – we take the initiative to keep other team members informed. • If you are interested in process improvements, you will get a space for your own projects. • As we also would like our employees to grow personally, we offer a wide range of technical and soft skill trainings such as: Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Diploma (ACCA), Accounting Principles, Creative workshop, Work-life balance, Presentation skills, Excel trainings, Assertiveness and many more. • Last but not least, you will get a chance to work in a multinational company.
