Please note that we are not able to sponsor people for this position As a Bank Domestic Assistant, you will receive following benefits : · Great rates of pay ( Real Living Wage )with 10% enhancement at weekends · Welcome bonus · Profit share bonus scheme · Excellent induction programme · Excellent training and development opportunities · Rewards scheme and retail discounts · Employee assistance programme · Cycle to work scheme · Uniform provided Responsibilities and duties for the Bank Domestic Assistant role are: • To be on duty as required by the duty rota • To comply with Bristol Care Homes policies and procedures • Undertaking general cleaning duties around the home. • Ensuring cleanliness of the home to the required standard • Carrying out cleaning and deep cleaning tasks • Ensuring correct cloths & chemicals are used for each job • Being aware of regulations regarding handling chemicals • Disposing of rubbish in the appropriate place • Attending COSHH, manual handling and other training Hours of work: • Bank Pay: As an employee age 21 years + you will earn · Salary: £13.45 per hour · 10% enhancements for any weekend hours · 50% extra pay on Bank Holidays Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
