What you will do: • Conduct assessments and provide therapy for children with SLCN, DLD, ASD, and speech sound disorders. • Deliver school-based interventions and staff training sessions to enhance child development support. • Liaise effectively with families and education teams to ensure cohesive care planning. • Supervise and mentor junior staff to build a supportive learning environment within the team. Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification: • Essential: HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist. • Essential: Proven experience with school-age caseloads. • Essential: Ability to work independently across multiple settings. • Desirable: Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). • Desirable: Previous experience at Band 7 or in a supervisory role. • Requirement: Must be a car driver to ensure mobility across various work locations.
