What you will do • Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care within busy Escalation Areas. • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines. • Care Planning: Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to support positive outcomes. • Monitoring: Observe patient conditions and promptly escalate concerns or changes in health status. • Multidisciplinary Working: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care. • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation. • Compliance: Work in line with NMC standards, hospital policies, and best practice guidelines. • Patient Advocacy: Promote dignity, respect, and person-centred care at all times. Qualifications / Requirements • NMC Registration: Active NMC registration is essential. • Experience: Minimum of 6 months’ NHS experience working as a Band 5 Registered Nurse. • DBS: Current DBS registered on the Update Service. • Clinical Skills: Confidence working within fast-paced hospital environments. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK. • Professional Practice: Commitment to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
