Location: Position available in Wembley, London Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Baggage warehouse control of day to day functions and routines within the designated department. Record and control of documentation and files. Provide outstanding customer service • To administer all operational paperwork, file and control of necessary documents • Update company database and/or computer system on a day to day basis as necessary • Customer liaison and communication link between the company and our clients including internal relationships • To ensure that all clients are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner • To complete all reports and distribute accordingly • To assist in the operational department when required • Varied administrative duties when required • To communicate with the Warehouse Supervisors • To operate forklift trucks and crane equipment • Warehouse and road crew duties as required REQUIRED: You must be a qualified Forklift truck operator.
