We’re scaling fast and would love for you to join us and grow alongside us 🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE - You own complex features end to end – from product discovery and planning through technical design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. - You conduct code and technical design reviews, raising the bar for quality across the team. - You mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to a culture of learning and growth. - You shape the capabilities of our collaborative developer cloud, working on features that improve the overall platform experience – including Public API, Usage History, IAM & Permission Management, Secrets Management, external CI integrations, Web IDE, deployment technology, monitoring, managed services, and the core internals of customer application deployment. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT YOUR PROFILE - Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in web or distributed systems - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Go - Solid understanding of SQL databases, distributed systems, and the design of APIs and microservices architectures, containerization e.g. Docker, Kubernetes - Degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification - Strong foundations in Computer Science fundamentals - Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Openness to feedback and a genuine drive to keep learning - Structured approach to problem-solving and a curiosity for technology WHAT SETS YOU APART - Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally in a cloud-native environment - Familiarity with React - Experience building or operating monitoring and logging systems - DevSecOps mindset and hands-on experience WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - 32 days of paid time off – 30 regular vacation days plus Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off - Meal allowance – up to 15 digital vouchers per month, adding up to over €100 net for you - Flexibility – hybrid work setup with mobile work options and flexibility around core hours - Steep learning curve – fast-moving environment, real ownership, and a front-row seat to scaling a company - Job-Rad – lease a bike through us, tax-free - Gym access – stay active on site (Karlsruhe office only) - Employee events – from team offsites to regular get-togethers - Company pension scheme – company-supported pension to set you up for later - Great public transport links – both offices are within walking distance of tram and metro stops
