Description
Manifest Law is one of the first AI-native corporate immigration firms in the country, and one of the fastest-growing — proof that attorneys want to practice law this way. Our attorneys handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters, with technology that removes the busywork rather than replacing the lawyer.
Manifest was built to offer the best of both worlds: the scale of a larger firm with the quality client service of a boutique. Manifest OS — the technology that powers the firm — carries the operational weight, so our attorneys spend their time where it actually matters: on strategy, on judgment, on the client in front of them. The result is a practice with the care of a boutique and the capability of a large firm.
We think the practice of law should be a craft, and the attorneys who do it well deserve a practice that grows with them — supported by technology, not replaced by it, with the time and autonomy to build something that's genuinely their own. We're building the kind of institution attorneys are proud to put on their résumé.
This is a firm for attorneys who want more from their career: real ownership of your cases, the kind of client relationships that come from having time with them, a sustainable pace, and a front-row seat in building what a modern immigration practice can look like.
Immigration law has been done the same way for decades. We're here to raise the bar, and we're hiring the people who will raise it with us.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As a Manifest Attorney, you guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives and carry matters forward to the outcome they need.
- Depending on your strengths, interests, and experience level, that may mean leaning more into strategic consulting — advising prospective clients, assessing case strength, and recommending the right path forward — or case management (production) — owning a matter from handoff through final submission, building the legal strategy, and managing every milestone. Most attorneys do some of both, and we'll work with you on where you're strongest.
- Own individual immigration matters — EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A — from handoff through final submission: building the legal strategy, managing every milestone, and keeping clients informed without their having to chase you.
- Manage the paralegals in your pod on document collection, organization, and filing logistics so your time stays on strategy and outcomes.
- Use Manifest's AI tools and technology to support case quality and efficiency — not as a shortcut, but as a genuine performance multiplier.
- Partner closely with the paralegals and attorneys in your pod so every handoff stays seamless, and uphold Manifest's standards for legal quality, ethics, and client care throughout.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
- Strong working knowledge of extraordinary-ability and high-skilled categories, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A — whether that shows up in how you assess a case or how you build and file it
- Clear, confident communication: you explain complex legal concepts in plain language and make clients feel supported
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy — you document thoroughly and hand off cleanly
- Comfort in a high-cadence environment with real volume expectations
WHAT CHANGES BY LEVEL
